- "Neo V" is a pun on "Evolution X", the car which this based on.
- Despite that it closely resembles a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR, the rear lights aren't similar to real-life Lancer Evolution X, but from older Lancer Evolutions (possibly Evolution VIII/IX). The rear wing is also smaller than real-life Lancer Evolution X.
- The default radio station of the Neo V is Warp Radio.
- Neo V's engine has similar sounds to the real-life Lancer Evolution X GSR.
- The default blue paintjob is the only selectable one to have a painted Hood.
