• The HKPD Van may found once level 3 heat is obtained.
• The HKPD Van can be found inside the players garage if they own the Law Enforcer Pack. In the Definitive Edition it is unlocked after completing the Cop Job "Hostage Situation 1" in North Point.

Trivia

• The HKPD Van is a vehicle featured in Sleeping Dogs. It is available in the Law Enforcer Pack DLC. It is the police version of the Dampfross.

• The HKPD Van and HKPD Motorcycle are the only vehicles that Wei cannot get a weapon from.
