Uncle Po
The Dragon Head is the leader (Don) of a Triad. Dragon Head, like Red Pole and Blue Lantern (outsiders who worked for the Triads in order to gain admission), are actual terms referring to positions in the triads. The Dragon Head is similar to the Don of the Mafia, both are experienced elders of the organisation, acting as the highest leader of the syndicate.
