Cop Jobs are missions found in the SWAT Pack DLC for the original Sleeping Dogs game which have been revised in Definitive Edition to appear as overworld missions that steadily unlock as you progress in the story. The missions offer various tasks such as foiled armed robberies and resolving hostage situations. Each mission will have Wei wear either the SWAT Tactical Uniform or the CSI Uniform, often times driving an SDU Armored Truck or an HKPD SUV. Wei will also be provided with weapons if necessary. Completing these missions awards Cop XP and HK $20,000. Some will even offer additional rewards in the form of various HKPD vehicles as well as outfits.
The outfits and vehicles from the Law Enforcer Pack are all unlocked in Definitive Edition by completing these missions. In the original game, the player would activate the Cop Job missions by heading over to the marker for it at the Police Station in North Point. Then, you are allowed access to all 20 missions spread out across all of Hong Kong which all get highlighted on the map. Wei will be wearing the SWAT Tactical Uniform and driving the SDU Armored Truck around to each objective where the missions can be attempted. To cancel the missions, you simply have to leave the truck and run away from it until the game automatically takes you back to the Police Station.
