Biography

During his assignment, Ho was constantly viewed with suspicion of being an undercover officer by Conroy Wu, which Ho managed to consistently deflect as "jealousy" on the latter's part while resorting to his "friendship" with Winston as protection from the gang. Despite this, Ho has requested for his handler Raymond Mak to remove him from his undercover duties.  While stated to have been a good fighter, according to Conroy during Mini Bus Racket, Ho's unwillingness to kill has led to his cover being blown. In his file, it reveals that he was buried alive, by Liu Shen Tong in a coffin under six feet of sand. It was noted that multiple incisions were made in his body, as well as drill holes, several broken fingers and toes, and one of his eyeballs was removed. Asphyxiation was the official cause of death. After his death, an anonymous informant sent the location of his body to HKPD.

Trivia

  • Charles Ho’s whole character is the original model Wei Shen of True Crime: Hong Kong. He was only added in the game as an easter egg after they chose a different model for Wei.
