Keith Lui (not to be confused with Car Park Attendant) is a minor character in Sleeping Dogs. He is unlocked upon reaching Face level 4. Your vehicle can be set at any parking lot by pressing 'Y' on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, 'Triangle' on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, and 'TAB' on PC.

- Unlike most contacts, his number will never be removed from Wei's phone and he can be called at any time.
- During Nightmare in North Point, he is one of the few NPCs to not have glowing eyes.
- He always is jolly unless he's not able to bring you your car.
- You cannot grab him.
- If no valet vehicle is selected in the garage, he will deliver a 270 DX by default. In Nightmare in North Point, he will deliver a 600 Coupe S by default. However, the 600 Coupe S in Nightmare in North Point is automatically pre-set as a valet vehicle.
- If a police car is set as a valet vehicle or if the Year of the Snake Pack is installed, the car valet will tell Wei that he will be there right away, but an HKPD officer will arrive instead. An HKPD Motorcycle will be delivered by default in Year of the Snake if no valet vehicle is set.
- He disappears once you look away from him.
- If you stand next to the driver's door of the car Keith brings, and get in before he gets out, he will sit in the passenger seat. This does not always work.
- A lot of people do not know what Keith says in one of his quotes. The correct one is 得了 or “daklaa.” On the subtitles it says this means yeah sure; it means OK.
